Because of the range of sizes and weights of our products most of the fancy shipping calculator software available does not work well for us, so for now, will keep using the tried and true individual shipping quote method.

To place an order please submit your shopping cart or email a list of the items you want and one of our associates will call or email you with a precise shipping quote. We ship through USPS, Fed Ex, or with freight companies for larger/heavier orders. 

Alligator Clay Company uses the finest raw materials to manufacture our products. However, due to the wide range of techniques, glaze applications, and firing programs used by customers, we cannot warranty result obtained from the use of this clay body. Any claims must be made within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by receipt. Alligator Clay Co/ Southern Pottery's liability is limited to replacement of purchased products. 

Returns must be made within 30 days for store credit only.  Original, unopened packaging required.
